This charmy house is placed in Las Pocitas Beach (Mancora-Peru), 100m. from the seashore. You will be walking by the seashore in only a few minutes because we have direct access to the beach (in front of the house); in addition; the stairs made of wood make easier the way. From the house, you will be impressed contemplating 180 incredible ocean view, rocks and sky of Las Pocitas Beach.
The property area is 4000 m2. Since we began this project, we pursue to integrate this house to the environment, so we built a simple and private place to have good times, enjoy everywhere around or just be cool and have some rest. The house area is 105m2 built with a wide roofed terrace. From here, you can see that landscape changes at different hours of the day. The house position is specially selected to contemplate the best sunset view.
The beach can be seen from all the rooms. The main bedroom and its terrace (double bed) is a good place for a couple. The second bedroom (double bed) has view to the main terrace. A third bedroom with 2 bunk beds (4 beds) has a nice ocean view. In the living room there is a kitchen (2 ovens), a big refrigerator, a table with plastic chairs and a cabinet with basic cooking utensils. The bathroom has good water pressure.
This house is always fresh. A 4.5m high pitched roof was built with local materials. Palm leaves and canes were used to reduce the high temperature of Mancora. Concrete and wood made a comfortable inside.
The house can be good for a single person, a couple, a family or some friends. It is an ideal place to stay for a long time. This is an excellent place to design an important project. Can it be the project of your life?
The property has a gate and a lot of space for parking, electricity and water 24 hours a day, drying area, basic furniture, sheets, blankets, bathroom towels and cleaning service.
